Our Preschool (4 year old) program uses Discovering God’s Word, Based on God’s Love, Prayer and Catholic Tradition.  This program meets only on Sunday mornings and is for children who are 4 yrs old by September 1st of this year.

The Kindergarten program uses Sadlier’s religion series We Believe. This program has classes on Sunday morning as well as Wednesday afternoon.

The Elementary program (Grades 1-6) uses Sadlier’s religion series We Believe.  This series introduces a three dimensional approach to religious education. Sadlier’s We Live our Faith and Faith and Witness series helps Middle School students (Grade 6-8) develop a sense of Catholic Christian identity in the world.  Each session in this program is a challenge to put faith into practice.  The texts “We Live our Faith” and “Faith and Witness” are Christ-centered and grounded in Sacred Scripture. St. Catherine’s High School program instructs students in the 9th -12th grade in fulfillment of their relationship to their Catholic faith. We seek to solidify their personal love for Jesus Christ by their understanding of Catholic beliefs, worship and moral teachings. An exciting new program, The Teen Timeline, a foundational teen Bible Study will be offered to teens in the 11th and 12th grades. If your child has missed preparation for the Sacraments, for whatever reason, he or she must receive the instruction that has been missed in order to celebrate these Sacraments. OCIC  is the way that St. Catherine’s welcomes your child to enter fully into the Catholic Faith. Adult Education consists of programs, presentations and workshops to assist parishioners with their understanding of and journey in the Catholic faith. This group also sponsors guest speakers regularly throughout the year. The Catechism states that the faith of adults must be continually enlightened, developed, and protected. Beginning this year, home school students in ALL grades are expected to use St. Catherine's curriculum and students in grades 2 and 10 (the Sacramental years) are expected to attend classes "on campus." Home schooled students must also adhere to the policy of one year of study prior to the Sacramental year, for a total of two years of instruction, in order to receive the Sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation.
